About Us

DragonflyZai is an apparel and accessories brand created as a reminder of how precious life is.

The owner/CEO Janae' DuLaney was diagnosed with Lupus in 2015.  It wasn't until 2017, that the condition took its toll, leaving her fighting for her life.  On July 27th, 2017, Lupus nearly took her from this earth, but she had other plans...Survive!!  

After her brush with death and scary experience, Janae' has always been looking for ways to find peace in a world that constantly presents challenges, stressors, and negativity.  Developing DragonflyZai reminded her that, like the Dragonfly, she is resilient, strong and beautiful.  The apparel is a reminder that even though we go through adversity and tough times, we must always Protect our Peace, we must strive to stay positive and like the Dragonfly, we must always overcome!!

DragonflyZai was originally founded in 2021 and has since been revamped and relaunched in 2023.  The goal of DragonflyZai is to create apparel and accessories that will promote Love, Peace and Tranquility and remind us that, even when life hands us lemons we can always make lemonade!!
